Blessed Good Friday

To the Christian community in Selangor, as well as Sabahans and Sarawakians who live in Selangor, I wish you a Blessed Good Friday, a time of great importance centred on penance, fasting, prayer, and recollection.

The Lenten season, especially today, makes whole and brings great meaning to Christians around the world, marking the end of the darkness of death, bringing light and hope to the lives of many.

As Christians begin preparing to celebrate Easter on Sunday, I am certain this observance will hold greater value in the context of this pandemic, as we begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel.
